Application Review
Once you submit your resume, our team will carefully review your credentials, academic background, and teaching experience.

Tutoring Interview
We hold an initial virtual interview to discuss your tutoring style, pedagogical approach, and fit for our educational network.
Selected candidates are then invited to a follow‑up, in‑person interview before joining our team.

Safety Screening
We’ll check references and request a current Vulnerable Sector Check so we can ensure children are learning from fully vetted tutors.

Schedule Selection
Once vetting is complete, you'll be invited to join our network and choose tutoring session times that work best for you.
We're flexible
Tutor once a week or once a month. After you join our network, you choose your availability and pick the 3-hour tutoring blocks that best fit your schedule.
Priority Applicants
We welcome applications from Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT), inactive/non‑practising OCTs, teacher candidates, and current or former post-secondary instructors.
